Registration Fees
The early registration fees apply to registrations made before 1 June 2024.

The following fees include: registration and delegate pack, attendance at all plenary sessions, track sessions, roundtables. Also, fees include the opening canape/wine reception and a further wine or beer reception on Thursday with poster session.
Membership of the Society is open for all. Become a member here and get a reduced fee to participate in the Conference.
Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by 1 June 2024 will be included in the program.
A letter of confirmation will be sent by email once the Secretariat (secretariat @ esc-eurocrim.org) has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment here.
Your registration is not complete unless you pay your registration fees!
Registration cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the registration, the following rules apply:
- For cancellations received until 18 August 2024. Full refund of the registration fees deducted of 10% (administrative costs).
- No reimbursement for cancellations received after 18 August 2024.
